At Rachel Ashlie Photography, my mission is to provide a customer experience that centers around comfort, authenticity, and the celebration of beauty.
I strive to create a laid-back and respectful atmosphere during each session, ensuring that my clients feel at ease and able to feel genuinely themselves. I believe in embracing the beauty of authenticity, and my goal is to create timeless, genuine portraits that my clients will cherish forever.
Whether it's a boudoir session, senior portrait, family photo, business headshot, or special occasion, my aim is to provide an enjoyable experience that results in timeless, heartfelt images. I want you to show up as your authentic self so you to shine in your photos! These will be moments we capture together and you can hold onto forever.

Let's get to know Each Other!
Fill out the form and tell me your vision for your shoot! Tell me your passions and disclose what you may feel hesitant about.
You may also leave any questions you have on this form. We will discuss those in step 2!
02.
Meet up
To make sure everyone is comfortable with each other and we confirm I am the right fit for you, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out.
At this time if you wish to meet in person to go over details, we can arrange that meeting.
03.
Picture time
The big day! We'll meet briefly to discuss any changes to the plan should those arise. We will connect over the details, and get to know each other.
In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.
04.
Delivering photos
Please allow a few weeks for editing and fine tuning your photos. My goal is to get them back to you within a week, but depending on the amount of photos we take it may take longer. Should there be any delays, that will be communicated in advance.
Photos will be delivered in an online file format via emailed file share link. Watch your email for that link!

I want to prioritize comfort. This is not a serious affair, unless you wish it to be!
I want to make sure that no matter the type of shoot, that you are comfortable with the experience.

Normally fun would be # 1 on the list; however, I feel photography can be an intimate experience.
Photography, regardless of the reason for it, should be fun! Authentic fun brings authentic smiles. So lets have some fun!

Photography can make people uncomfortable. Whether you struggle with body dysmorphia, self-esteem, or just overall do not like how you look, I would love to try to change your mind!

building new relationships
Whether you are friends from my past, or new friends in the making, building relationships is important to me. Everyone could use another friend.. especially one with a camera!

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Be yourself! Show up to have fun! I want this to be a fun experience for you. We will get to know each other, bond over shared experiences, and cater your experience to your interest.
What should I wear?
What you are confident in! What makes you feel sexy. What makes you fee powerful. Neutrals allows you to shine, but if bold colors are your thing, we will make that pop!
How many pictures will I receive?
Roughly 40-150 edited photos depending on package selected.
I will have different packages for how much editing is wanted for the photos.
For packages (mini sessions) the quantity is subject to change.
Are you available outside of Colorado Springs?
It depends! Let's discuss what you are envisioning and we can discuss availability.
Do you do couples photography?
Absolutely! I love capturing love and adoration between couples. Show me your love story and we will bring it to life!
What should I expect for my shoot?
I like to have different backdrops to portraits. There will be travel to different locations depending on the theme or style of photo you are going for. Pack comfortable shoes, we may be going for a hike!
